Our Hamilton Data Centre provider will be performing a scheduled maintenance window to upgrade the facility’s UPS hardware. This forms part of their ongoing program to improve reliability, redundancy, and long-term sustainability of the power infrastructure that supports the CloudTorque servers we colocate there.

**Purpose of Maintenance:**
To upgrade the UPS hardware and enhance the stability and performance of the power systems within the facility that houses our equipment.

**Customer Impact:**
The risk of service impact is low. No interruptions are expected, and the facility operator will be taking all necessary precautions to prevent disruption. However, there is a slightly elevated risk during the maintenance window..

While the websites themselves remain operational, DNS resolution failures may prevent them from loading correctly or in a timely manner.

We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as we receive more information from Cloudflare..
