Our Hamilton Data Centre provider will be performing a scheduled maintenance window to upgrade the facility’s UPS hardware. This forms part of their ongoing program to improve reliability, redundancy, and long-term sustainability of the power infrastructure that supports the CloudTorque servers we colocate there.
Purpose of Maintenance:
To upgrade the UPS hardware and enhance the stability and performance of the power systems within the facility that houses our equipment.
Customer Impact:
The risk of service impact is low. No interruptions are expected, and the facility operator will be taking all necessary precautions to prevent disruption. However, there is a slightly elevated risk during the maintenance window.
